About Janet

I’m Janet and I have over 30 years of experience being a wife, mother, employee, supervisor, and entrepreneur. In that time, I’ve learned a lot of things to help life run more efficiently, and I’m excited to share them with you. I’m also excited to share information on enjoying life through a variety of hobbies. In “retirement” I have been teaching folks to craft. About my Family

I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Bill, for over 37 years, and am genuinely excited about our future. Bill is a technical trainer and my DIY assistant.

We have two adult children as well as an “adopted” German daughter. We also have a wonderful puppy, Molly, who is a rescue dog that is 4 years old.

Our son, Bill,  has a pup named Boba Fett (named after a character in Star Wars). Boba is 7 years old and is also a rescue.

Bill, Boba and Molly are living with us making our life full of enjoyment.

We currently live in central Missouri, where the back deck overlooking our wooded ravine is our favorite spot.

Our daughter, Katie, lives in Florida with her husband, Casen, and has a pup named Aion. Aion is a 6 year old German Shepherd.

Our “adopted” daughter was a foreign exchange student that stayed with us in 2000. Maggie and Marco live in Berlin so we only get to see them every 2-3 years but we have video calls regularly. They have a 2 year old son named Emilian.
