  • All of our kits ship at the beginning of the month direct to your mailing address. The Crafted by YOU! kit comes with all the pieces you need, paint, and embellishments (if any).

  • Each month we will craft our kits together LIVE in our exclusive Zoom Room. We encourage you to show up with your favorite coffee, or glass of wine, and maybe an awesome cookie or two, and hang out with us! But don't stress if you can't make it. The live is recorded and available in our private Facebook Group for you to watch at your convenience.

Is there a commitment? Can I cancel.

For the Month-to-Month subscription there is no commitment, you can cancel any time. All subscriptions are auto-renew and must be canceled to avoid billing. Cancellations that are received after the 15th of the month will be canceled effective the following month.

For Semi-Annual subscriptions, you are committing to 6 months of kits and will be billed monthly for the entire term. If you cancel after 4 months, you will still be billed for and receive 2 more months kits. After that your subscription will be canceled. Your subscription will automatically renew for another 6 month term if it is not canceled by the 15th of the final month of the term.

For Annual subscriptions, you are committing to 12 months of kits and will be billed monthly for the entire term. If you cancel after 8 months, you will still be billed for and receive 4 more months kits. After that your subscription will be canceled. Your subscription will automatically renew for another 12 month term if it is not canceled by the 15th of the final month of the term.

Can I see the craft ahead of time

Nope, it’s a surprise! Each kit is
designed by Janet and cut by Bill, and we love keeping it a secret until it
arrives at your doorstep. Our members say the surprise is one of their favorite
parts!

When will I be charged?

The first charge occurs when you subscribe, while future charges happen on the 15th of each month.

Please note that the price of your first box is what you'll pay for all future boxes. Discount codes apply only to the first box.

Rest assured, your billing is automatic, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience throughout your subscription.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is completely free anywhere in the U.S. for your Crafted by YOU! kit. There is no additional charge for shipping.

What if my payment doesn't go through?

If your credit card charge is declined, we will try again in 3 days. If it is declined a second time your box will be canceled. For semi-annual and annual customers, you will immediately be invoiced for the remainder of your subscription term if your card is declined

When will my box ship.

Kits are shipped during the first week of each month.

What if I want to do this with a friend or my kids?

We love it when groups participate together.

In order to participate with friends or children, they will also need to purchase a kit.

All kits that are purchased on the same order will be billed together and shipped together.

If you want to participate together but are in different locations, you must place separate orders.

When is Crafternoon?

Whenever possible we try for the third Sunday of the month at 2:00 p.m. CST.

If it is necessary to change the schedule, the new date/time will be posted in the Facebook group and will be printed on your box insert.

Can’t join live, replays are always available!

What if I can't make it to the live Crafternoon?

No worries at all! All Crafternoon sessions are taped and the video will be loaded to our private Facebook within 1-2 days of the session.

You can watch the replay for up to 30 days in the private Facebook group or they will live forever in our video library on the exclusive VIP website page.

The best way to contact us is by emailing info@janetscraftcorner.com. Someone will respond to your email within 2 business days.

I've moved and need to change my shipping address.

No problem at all! Log in to your account and update your shipping address. Please make sure to set it as your default address. That's it, all set for your remaining kits.

How can I pause my subscription?

You can skip your next box at any time by following these steps:

  1. Kindly log in to your account here
  2. Click on “Manage My Subscription”
  3. Select “Skip” next to the upcoming box

What if there's an issue with my box?

For any concerns, like damaged, missing, or duplicate items, please email us at support@janetscraftcorner.com with a photo.

We're committed to swiftly resolving your issue with a replacement, ensuring your satisfaction.

How do I use my shop discount?

Once you’re a member, we’ll email you a special coupon code.

Just make sure you’re logged into your account when you shop, and enter the code at checkout.

It is necessary to change the code from time to time. If the code you have doesn't work, check in the Facebook group.

Meet the Instructor

Hi! I'm Janet and I love to craft and teach others what I have learned over the years. Like many of you, I started crafting as a child. When my children came along, I helped them craft. During a busy career I had less time to craft, which was kind of sad since I loved it. Eventually, I realized that I had to make some "me time" to maintain my sanity. I dove back into crafting and learned so much and, along the way, I realized I found my passion. I have been teaching folks to craft for years, both in-paeron and online. If you are looking for some fund and relaxing crafting projects, I would be honored to help you succeed and have fun!
